Schrock Homes was founded in 1975 by Adlai A. Schrock; a privately owned Corporation based in Goshen, Indiana. Specializing in residential custom homes and condominiums, with more than 30 years of experience, Schrock’s commitment to customer satisfaction continues to be paramount.

As opportunities presented themselves, Schrock Homes expanded in 1999 to include commercial construction.  Over the next 7 years, business grew and a separate entity, Schrock Commercial was formed.  Schrock became a dealer for Nucor steel buildings, and our portfolio expanded to include projects for medical office buildings, retirement communities, small retail and churches.  Schrock Commercial operates under high standards, with close attention to design, detail, and quality workmanship. Our committment to excellence, rewards us with repeat customers and referrals.

Jeff Schrock, son of Adlai, joined the commercial division in 2007.  He is a graduate of Purdue University where he earned his B.S. degree in Civil Engineering, graduating with highest distinction.  Jeff previously worked in Columbus, Ohio for 9 years in commercial construction.  His experience includes public university contract work, corporate and healthcare facilities, and other various projects in the Columbus area. He brings 13 years of accumulated commercial construction experience.
